Jason Ward attended Queen's University Belfast from 2005 to 2006, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in English with a specialization in Modern Literary Studies. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Ulster University, which they attended from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Jason also holds certifications in various areas, including a Black Belt in Internet Recruitment from Social Talent (obtained in December 2014), Hay Job Evaluation from Hay Group (obtained in June 2013), and Occupational Personality Questionnaire (Blended Learning) from SHL Talent Measurement from CEB (obtained in April 2013).
