Jason Ward

Jason Ward has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and staffing. Jason has held various leadership positions in companies like CarTrawler and Novartis, where they successfully managed regional talent acquisition teams and led the delivery of end-to-end talent acquisition services. Jason has also been responsible for driving recruitment strategies, managing recruitment data and metrics, and establishing best practices for successful talent acquisition. Prior to these roles, they worked as a senior recruitment specialist at Certus and held recruitment specialist and senior recruitment consultant positions at Google and Venn Group, respectively. Overall, Jason has a strong background in talent acquisition and has demonstrated their expertise in managing recruitment processes, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and developing talent pipelines.

Jason Ward attended Queen's University Belfast from 2005 to 2006, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in English with a specialization in Modern Literary Studies. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Ulster University, which they attended from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Jason also holds certifications in various areas, including a Black Belt in Internet Recruitment from Social Talent (obtained in December 2014), Hay Job Evaluation from Hay Group (obtained in June 2013), and Occupational Personality Questionnaire (Blended Learning) from SHL Talent Measurement from CEB (obtained in April 2013).
