Nial worked in the technology business for over thirty years and is hugely passionate about how digital can enable and transform business operations.

He currently work as Head of Strategy & Innovation for Welsh Water, working closely with the executive team to define the future roadmap for technology in the organization and to identify opportunities that it can bring.
