Garth Gaughan

Garth Gaughan has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and digital marketing. Garth is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Cartwheel since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Engineering at Spring Health from January 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Spring Health, Garth held various roles at Freshly, starting as an Engineering Manager/Software Engineer from April 2018 to July 2020, and then as the Sr. Director of Engineering from July 2020 to January 2022. Garth also worked as an Application Developer (Ruby on Rails) at USCIS from March 2017 to April 2018.

Garth's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer at Elbow Room Studios from March 2016 to March 2017, and at Integrallis Software LLC from August 2015 to March 2016. Garth also served as a Ruby on Rails Developer at SocialWhirled from July 2014 to July 2015.

Prior to transitioning into engineering roles, Garth worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at G/O Digital from March 2014 to July 2014, and as a Marketing Solutions Advisor at Move, Inc. from June 2013 to January 2014. Garth also served as the Director of Business Development at adhesive.co from August 2012 to April 2013.

Garth Gaughan obtained a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix, where they studied business from 2005 to 2009. Later, from 2010 to 2013, they pursued an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling at the same institution, specializing in counseling.
