Katri Sulkama

Katri Sulkama is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Caruna since March 2020, Katri functions as the HR Business Partner for one of the company's largest business units while also managing cross-company responsibilities, including Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding, and University cooperation. Prior to this role, Katri held various positions at Xerox from March 2017 to March 2020, including HR Lead for Finland. Previous experience includes roles at Microsoft as a Payroll Specialist, Nokia as an HR Specialist, Administration Manager, and Assistant, as well as serving as an Assistant at Roschier, Attorneys Ltd. Katri holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, earned between 1999 and 2003.
