Tom Baldwin

Tom Baldwin has extensive experience in the homebuilding industry. Tom started their career as a Project Manager at Ryan Homes in 2006 and worked in this role until 2009. Following this, they served as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Ryan Homes from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, Tom joined Caruso Homes, Inc. where they held various leadership positions, including Director of Sales, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Vice President Division Manager, Vice President of Operations, and currently, as the Vice President of Caruso Homes On Your Lot.

Tom Baldwin attended Salisbury University from 2002 to 2006. Tom pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing during this time.
