Eddie Kissane has diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2006, they served in the United States Army as a 25U - Signal Support Systems Specialist, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of communications equipment. In 2007, Eddie worked as a Desktop Tech at SkillStorm, where they set up workstations and migrated data. From 2008 to 2013, they held roles as a Help Desk Manager at Lockheed Martin Information Technology and a Service Desk Manager at the US Department of Homeland Security. In 2013, Eddie joined KAR Global as a Client Services Liaison, specializing in Altiris deployment console, Windows testing, and AD administration. Eddie also worked as a ServiceNow Admin and an Office 365 Product Analyst at KAR Global. Most recently, Eddie joined Carvana in 2022, first serving as a Product Analyst and then taking on the role of Team Lead Endpoint Operations.

Eddie Kissane completed their high school education from Anderson High School from 1999 to 2003, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on Basic studies. Eddie then pursued further education at International Business College from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications.

In addition to their formal education, Eddie Kissane also obtained a certification called "Up & Running with ServiceNow" from Udemy in April 2019.
