Paula Obermayr

Paula Obermayr has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2006. Paula began their career as an Apprentice at Widder Hotel in 2006. Paula then worked as an HR Assistentin at CRS Management & Service AG from 2010 to 2012, followed by a role as Mitarbeiterin HR Services at Sanitas Krankenversicherung from 2012 to 2016. Paula then moved to XL Catlin to work as an HR Assistant from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Fachperson Payroll / Ausbildungsverantwortliche at Pädagogische Hochschule Zürich. Most recently, they have been the Head of HR at Carvolution AG since 2021.

Paula Obermayr completed a CAS Coaching degree at the Coachingzentrum Olten from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a HR-Fachfrau mit eidg. FA from the O + I Academy in Zurich from 2014 to 2015. Paula also completed a Personalassistentin degree at Akad in Zurich in 2014.
