Jim Rhodes

Jim Rhodes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fleet management and operations. Currently serving as President at Beary Fleet Services Inc. since January 2024, Rhodes has been with Carylon Corporation since August 1989, where roles have included National Fleet Manager and various operational leadership positions. Previously, Rhodes held the position of President at Odesco Industrial Services, Inc. until the company merged with Ace Pipe Cleaning in November 2019. Rhodes also has a background as General Manager and Operations Manager, where significant responsibilities included managing operations and coordinating field crews, and started a career in automotive and truck mechanics at various companies from 1981 to 1989.
