Jeff Fisher has a diverse work experience, starting in 1986 as a Corporate Account Manager at ComputerLand, where they sold computer components to corporations and large businesses. Jeff then worked as an Account Manager at Dataproducts, selling printers to organizations in Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Indiana. Fisher later joined MiTech Sales as a Sales Executive, selling computer products and peripherals across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.

In 1996, Fisher joined LexisNexis as a Telephonic Sales Executive, where they prospectively sold new accounts for online services and managed existing small law accounts. Jeff also worked as a Training Manager, responsible for designing and delivering training for the Northeast and Telephonic Small Law sales organization. Additionally, Fisher served as a Performance Consultant & Team Lead, managing and executing Lexis Advance training for the entire sales organization, as well as leading training efforts for the Print and Litigation sales segment.

In 2015, Fisher became the Manager of Performance and Training Consultants at Lexis Nexis, leading a team of 10 consultants to develop and execute learning and development initiatives for the organization. Jeff collaborated with leaders from various departments and functional areas to align initiatives and processes for the benefit of the Sales Organization.

From 2019 to 2021, Fisher worked as an Instructional Design Subject Matter Expert/Consultant at KBR, Inc., and they are currently employed as a Senior Global Sales Training professional at CAS.
