Jennifer Cyr

Jennifer Cyr is a seasoned professional in customer success and sales management, currently serving as Senior Director of North America Customer Success at CAS since August 2023. Jennifer brings extensive experience from previous roles, including Senior Director of Americas Sales at Taconic Biosciences, where management of a team of Directors and the development of strategic sales processes contributed to significant growth in preclinical rodent models and scientific services. Jennifer's background also includes leadership positions at QIAGEN, where responsibilities encompassed driving revenue growth through integrated sales strategies and managing diverse teams, and a solid foundation in genomics and life sciences stemming from earlier roles at Agilent Technologies and Charles River Laboratories. Jennifer holds a BS in Molecular Biology with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
