Rodrigo Menendez is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in leading kitchen operations across high-profile hospitality establishments. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary at Casa de Campo Resort & Villas since August 2021, Rodrigo has previously held the position of Executive Chef at Marriott International's Sortis Hotel Spa & Casino, as well as at Hotel Las Américas in Cartagena de Indias and its Golden Tower property. Rodrigo's expertise encompasses management of large kitchen teams, oversight of food and beverage operations, and involvement in high-volume banqueting and catering services.
