Raven Ford

Raven Ford is an Operating Partner at Casa Nela, a collection of Greenwich Village restaurants created by Carlos A. Suarez. Raven has been with Casa Nela since March 2021 and is responsible for leading the Operations teams and overseeing the Human Resources functions for the four restaurants in the West Village: Rosemary's, Roey's, Bobo and Claudette.

Prior to their current role, Raven served as the Human Resources Director for Casa Nela from January 2019 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of human resources for the company, including recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, and employee relations.

Before joining the Human Resources team, Raven was the General Manager for Casa Nela's newest restaurant, Rosemary's Pizza, during its opening in the West Village in May 2018. Prior to their time at Casa Nela, Raven was the Director of Events at Big Ditch Brewing Company from July 2015 to April 2018. Raven also served as a General Manager for BR Guest from October 2013 to April 2015 and as an Assistant General Manager from March 2013 to October 2013.Raven began their career with BR Guest as Beverage Manager from October 2011 to March 2013.

Raven Ford achieved a Bachelor of Arts in English from Sam Houston State University, graduating cum laude.
