Rocky Zhang

Hardware Reliability Engineer at Casa Systems

Rocky Zhang has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as an Engineering Intern at Shanghai Raychant Electromechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. Rocky then worked as an Engineer Assistant at Mampaey Offshore Industries Shanghai Representative Office, where they assisted in solving problems in automatic mooring systems and translated technical menus for a fender manufacturer. In 2015, Rocky worked as a Bike Mechanic at The Odd Spoke bike shop for a few months. Starting in 2016, they began working as an RF Test Engineer at Vecta Pty Ltd, where they stayed until September 2021. Currently, Rocky is employed as a Hardware Reliability Engineer at Casa Systems, Inc.

Rocky Zhang obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering and Automation from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. Rocky attended this institution from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering at UNSW Australia School of Electrical Engineering from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, Rocky obtained a certification as a Professional Engineer ANZSCO 233311 Skill Level 1 from Engineers Australia.
