Sudip Pathak

Sudip Pathak has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sudip began their career in 2000 at TranSwitch Corporation as an Applications Engineer, where they played a crucial role in the design and development of validation platforms for Ethernet and ATM switching products. Sudip then moved on to AppliedMicro Circuits (formerly AMCC) in 2007, where they served as a Senior Hardware Engineer. At this company, they demonstrated their expertise in hardware engineering for a period of three years.

In 2010, Sudip pursued an MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management, further enhancing their knowledge and skills. Following the completion of their degree, they joined NetComm Wireless in 2011 as a Project Manager. Over the years, Sudip progressed to the position of Project Management Team Leader and later became the Quality Engineering Manager.

Most recently, Sudip Pathak joined Casa Systems, Inc. in May 2018, assuming the role of Head of Engineering Operations. Presently, they continue to contribute their leadership and technical skills to this organization.

Sudip Pathak pursued an MBA in General Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a BS in Computer Engineering (ABET) from the University of Bridgeport between 1996 and 2000. Sudip's earliest known education was at Budhanilkantha School, where they attended from 1986 to 1995. Additionally, Sudip has obtained several certifications, including "Learn to Lead with UNSW 2021" from UNSW in September 2021, "Learn to Lead with UNSW" from AGSM @ UNSW Business School in August 2020, and "Project Management Professional (PMP)" from the Project Management Institute in June 2013.
