Kristyn O'Rourke

Kristyn O'Rourke is an experienced professional in the field of education and training, currently serving as an OASAS Certified Education & Training Provider at Alfred State College since January 2023. With a robust background at CASA-Trinity, Inc. since May 2017, Kristyn has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Training & Compliance, Senior Director 24/7 & PA Programs, and Clinical Supervisor. Prior experience includes positions as a Chemical Dependency Counselor, Rehabilitation Assistant, and Student Assistant at Elmira College. Kristyn holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) in Mental Health from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Elmira College.
