Sebastian De Vizcaya

Sebastian de Vizcaya is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage management and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue and Director of Business Development at Casamata since July 2021, Sebastian previously held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at One&Only Resorts during a critical pre-opening phase in 2020. Additional experience includes roles as Business Development Manager at Avril Production, Director of Food and Beverage at Kempinski Hotels, and various managerial positions at Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities spanned from restaurant management to overseeing pre-opening teams. Sebastian holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Hotel Management from Vatel International Hotel Management School, completed in 2010.
