Mustapha MELOUI has a diverse range of work experience. Mustapha is currently working as the Founding President at the Moroccan Observatory of Digital Sovereignty (OMSN), a position they have held since October 2021. Mustapha then continued their education at the Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion-Tanger from 2011 to 2013, earning a Diploma of Specialized Higher Studies in Management and Business Administration. Finally, from 2015 to 2017, they attended ESJ Paris, where they pursued a degree in Journalism and New Media, focusing on the study of communication and media.
