Mustapha MELOUI

Mustapha MELOUI has a diverse range of work experience. Mustapha is currently working as the Founding President at the Moroccan Observatory of Digital Sovereignty (OMSN), a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Content and Media at Casanet SA, a subsidiary of Maroc Telecom, starting in March 2020.

From March 2011 to February 2020, Mustapha MELOUI worked at Maroc Telecom, where they held the positions of Chief Brand Officer and CEO Advisor.

Before their tenure at Maroc Telecom, they worked at Instance Nationale de la Probité, de la prévention et de Lutte contre la Corruption (INPPLC) from September 2010 to February 2011, where they served as an Informatiste and was responsible for document management.

From April 2010 to August 2010, Mustapha MELOUI worked at Conseil de la Communauté Marocaine à l'Etranger (CCME) as the Chargé d'information et de documentation.

Mustapha MELOUI completed their education in a chronological manner. Mustapha started their education in 2006 at the Grande Ecole des Sciences de l'information, where they obtained a degree in Informatiste with a focus on Engineering of Data and Knowledge in Information Science and Communication. Mustapha then continued their education at the Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion-Tanger from 2011 to 2013, earning a Diploma of Specialized Higher Studies in Management and Business Administration. Finally, from 2015 to 2017, they attended ESJ Paris, where they pursued a degree in Journalism and New Media, focusing on the study of communication and media.
