Roberto Musi

Roberto Musi has extensive work experience in various roles within Human Resources. Roberto currently holds the position of Group Human Resources Director at Casappa S.p.A. since March 2020. Previously, they worked at Barilla Group for over 20 years, where they held several HR managerial positions including Group F&A, Digital & Business Technology, Export Markets & Business Development HR Manager, Plant HR Manager, Corporate Staffs HR Manager, and Group IT HR Manager & SAP Implementation Change Management Stream Lead. Roberto also served as Responsabile Servizi Generali and Junior Buyer during their early years at Barilla Group.

Roberto Musi received a Diploma in Ragioneria from ITCS Macedonio Melloni Parma in 1988. From 1988 to 1996, they attended the Università degli Studi di Parma, where they earned a Laurea in Economia e Commercio with a focus on Economia aziendale/manageriale. In 2023, they obtained a certification called "Organizzare il proprio ufficio remoto per la massima produttività" from LinkedIn.
