Tony Reynolds

Tony Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Tony is currently serving as the Group Human Resources Director at The Caravel Group Limited, where they oversee the global Human Capital strategy and provides advisory services to the board. Prior to that, they held the position of Group General Manager, Talent and Culture at HAECO, where they led the design of the company's HR Transformation Program.

Tony also has extensive experience at Cathay Pacific Airways, where they served in various roles including General Manager, Employee Experience, Head of Employee Experience, Head of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning, and Change Programme Lead & Senior Consultant. At Cathay Pacific, they were responsible for global HR transformation, employee experience, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
