Glenda Mohr

Glenda Mohr has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director of HR & Training at Cascade Aerospace Inc. since November 2013. In this role, Glenda has focused on recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and process governance, while previously holding positions such as Manager of HR Programs & Compliance and HR Advisor. Prior to Cascade Aerospace, Glenda worked at ICBC from July 2008 to December 2011 as Coordinator of HR Operations, supervising HR Administrative staff and overseeing recruitment, selection, and employee relations, particularly in relation to Collective Agreement interpretation. Glenda Mohr holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from Simon Fraser University, obtained between 1993 and 2000.
