Carmen Crockett

Carmen Crockett has a wealth of experience in sales and customer service. Carmen began their career in 2006 as a Customer Service Representative at Verizon Wireless. Carmen then moved to a Retail Sales Representative role and eventually an Assistant Retail Sales Manager role. In 2012, they joined SPS Commerce as an Account Manager, followed by Mediaspace Solutions as a Director of Business Development in 2014. In 2016, they joined Outsell as an Account Executive and then Fishbowl Solutions as an Enterprise Account Executive - Search in 2017. In 2019, they joined ServiceNow as a Commercial Account Executive and is currently working as a Regional Sales Director at Cascade, where they achieved 208% to quota in Q2 2022.

Carmen Crockett has a diverse educational background. Carmen obtained their High School Diploma from Minnehaha Academy in 2002. Carmen then attended Augsburg University from 2001-2001, where they studied Spanish and Social Change and Psychology. From 2002-2006, they attended Luther College and obtained a Bachelor's degree in English and Spanish. Finally, they attended Augsburg University again from 2010-2012, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they obtained a certification in DoubleClick Bid Manager from Google in January 2015.
