Ezequiel Actis Grosso

Ezequiel Actis Grosso has worked in the software development industry since 2000. From 2000 to 2004, they worked as a Software Developer and Business Analyst for Physis Informática SRL. Ezequiel then worked as a Software Developer for Syncromind from 2004 to 2005, and then as a Software Developer for Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2012, they worked as a Project Leader and Software Architect for gA Corporate. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a VP of Engineering for Leapfactor, and from 2017 to 2022, they worked as an Engineering Director for Cascade. During their time at Cascade, they contributed to and released a career progression framework for engineers across the company, leveraging transferable skills. At MG Group S.A., they built a multi-disciplinary team from the ground up to transform a lending company business model from brick-and-mortar branches to a digital platform. Ezequiel also introduced a recruiting process to attract and identify T-shaped candidates, better targeting them for the right job, and ultimately increasing team productivity. At Leapfactor, they promoted the build-measure-learn feedback loop methodology for new products allowing the early testing of new ideas in challenging conditions. Ezequiel also successfully managed Platform, mobile, and QA remote teams with people in Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, Mexico, USA, and Spain. At gA Corporate, they led several projects in a variety of business applications, was a point of reference for SOA & BPMS, and was appointed for a select R&D group working with bleeding edge technology.

Ezequiel Actis Grosso received their Licenciado degree in Sistemas de Información de las Organizaciones from the University of Buenos Aires in 2012.
