Jennifer Mills

Jennifer Mills is an experienced professional currently working at Cascade Climate as part of the founding team. Prior to this, Jennifer served as an advisor and senior research scientist at Heirloom, focusing on developing a cost-effective Direct Air Capture solution to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Jennifer's academic background includes a PhD in Geochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as master's degrees in Environmental Economics and Policy and Earth Science from Imperial College London and the University of Cambridge, respectively. Jennifer has also gained extensive research experience at institutions such as UC Berkeley, Northwestern University, and the National Geophysical Data Center.
