Erica Brandenburg - MBA, SHRM-CP

Erica Brandenburg has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Erica started their career at Oligos Etc., Inc. in 2013 as a Customer Service Specialist, where they quickly assumed the role of Technical Development Supervisor. In this role, they oversaw personnel and coordinated DNA production in a FDA-regulated medical device environment. Erica then joined Building Champions in 2014 as a Coach Assistant, before progressing to roles such as Client Services/Operations & HR Manager and HR Business Partner and Operations. In these roles, they led operations, implemented process improvements, and managed teams of direct reports. In 2020, Erica joined Cascade Energy, Inc. as the Executive Assistant to the VP of Technology & Internal Operations. In this position, they provided exceptional administrative support, independently led cross-departmental projects, and managed the implementation of a rewards and recognition software. Erica holds an MBA and is a SHRM-CP certified professional.

Erica Brandenburg has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Marylhurst University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Erica'sfield of study during their MBA program was Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Microbiology from Oregon State University between 2001 and 2005.

In addition to their degrees, Erica Brandenburg has obtained several certifications. In February 2019, they achieved the SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification. Furthermore, in November 2021, they became a certified facilitator in Workplace Everything DiSC through Wiley.
