Laura Pettersen, P.E.

Laura Pettersen, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Laura currently works as a Senior Engineer at Cascade Energy, Inc. In their previous role at Resource Innovations, they served as an Engineering Manager for a utility energy efficiency program, where they designed and evaluated measures and provided technical support. Laura also worked as an Engineer III, interacting with industrial sites to implement custom projects and develop energy usage models. Prior to that, Laura worked as an Engineer II at Resource Innovations.

Laura also gained experience as an Energy & Sustainability Engineer at APTIM, where they provided engineering support for energy efficiency programs and performed energy audits. Laura has also worked as a Process Engineer at Valdes Engineering Company, where they broadened their engineering knowledge by working on various projects for multinational oil refineries and chemical companies.

During their time at Northwestern University, Laura worked as an Organic Photovoltaic Research Assistant, focusing on increasing the efficiency of solar cells. Laura also served as a Laboratory Assistant. Additionally, Laura gained technical internship experience in Chemical Engineering at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.

Laura Pettersen, P.E. completed their undergraduate education from Northwestern University from the year 2011 to 2015. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
