Robert Hart, C.E.M. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Robert is currently working at Cascade Energy, Inc. as a Strategic Energy Management (SEM) Coach. Robert Hart, C.E.M. has a diverse educational background. Robert earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Southern California in 1998. Robert later pursued a Master of Arts degree in English from Penn State University, which they completed in 2005. Additionally, in 2011, they obtained their Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Managing for Sustainability from Marlboro College Graduate & Professional Studies.

In terms of certifications, Robert obtained the Certified Energy Manager (CEM) designation from the Association of Energy Engineers in June 2019.
