Pete Larsen

Pete Larsen is the Vice President of Operations at Cascade, where his focus is on project execution, P&L performance improvement, training, leadership and integration. Pete has worked in the drilling industry for more than 25 years, starting as a driller assistant and working up through the ranks as a driller, operations manager, regional director, and National Director of Project Management before his most recent appointment in 2019. Pete originally joined Cascade as part of the Boart Longyear acquisition in 2013, where he’d served for 18 years.
