Ricky Davis

Ricky Davis is the Vice President of Operations at Cascade, where his focus is on project execution, P&L performance improvement, training, safety and leadership. Ricky has worked in the drilling industry for more than 31 years, starting as a driller assistant and working up through the ranks as a driller, project manager, operations manager, regional manager/ director before his most recent appointment in 2018. Ricky joined the Cascade team in 2016, and has a background in air rotary, mud rotary, auger, direct push, coring and sonic drilling.
