Amanda Knutsen

Amanda Knutsen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Amanda began their career in 2012 as a Dance Instructor at Musical Feet School of Dance, where they taught dance lessons. Amanda then joined All That! Dance Company in 2014 as a Dance Instructor, where they mentored dancers and assisted in coordinating performance events.

In 2015, Amanda worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Dorrbell, a retail technology startup, where they developed social media strategies and authored content for the company blog.

From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Myhre Group Architects as a Marketing Assistant and later as a Marketing Coordinator. In these roles, Amanda managed the company's website and social media content, and completed a redesign of printed marketing materials, leading to an increased win-rate for RFPs.

During the same period, they also worked as the Head Coach of the Lake Oswego Junior Dance Team, where they launched a collaborative dance program and increased athlete participation by 27% in a year.

In 2018, Amanda joined Cascade Hasson Sotheby's International Realty as a Marketing Specialist, focusing on creative marketing projects, new broker training, and event coordination. Currently, Amanda serves as the Regional Marketing Director at Cascade Hasson Sotheby's International Realty, where they develop brand marketing strategy, exceeding sales and recruiting goals.

Outside of their professional career, Amanda has also worked as an Assistant Dance Team Coach at Sunset High School and as a Teacher at Thunderbird Dance Camp, where they choreographed and taught dance material to high school students.

Amanda Knutsen completed their high school education from Cleveland High School, from 2007 till 2011. Amanda then pursued their Bachelor's Degree from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, majoring in Business Administration & Marketing. Amanda attended the university from 2011 to 2015. In 2013, they participated in a Semester At Sea program with ISE, focusing on International Business.
