Karine Jobin

Karine Jobin has extensive work experience in the field of human resources, primarily with Cascades. Karine started their career at Cascades in 1999 and held various roles, including Human Resources Manager and Regional Human Resources Manager at Norampac. In 2008, they served as Corporate Human Resources Director on an interim basis. From 2009 to 2015, they were the Regional Human Resources Manager for Norampac US. In 2015, Karine became the Vice President of Human Resources for Cascades Specialized Products Group and later transitioned to the role of Vice President of Human Resources for Cascades Containerboard Packaging in 2018.

Karine Jobin began their education at the Université de Montréal from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Law. Following this, they attended the Bar Admission School in the year 1996-1997, obtaining a Professional Designation in Law. Later, from 1998 to 2001, Karine pursued a Certificate in Human Resources at HEC Montréal.
