Kris's career began with roles at LTV Copperweld and Welded Tube Company of America, focusing on plant management, project execution, and lean manufacturing practices. Kris holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University and an MBA alongside a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
