Rafael Ziotto

Rafael Ziotto has a diverse work experience, spanning various industries. Rafael started their career as a Sales Agent at Columbus New York Real Estate, where they built the rental department and managed the leasing and marketing of over 70 apartments. Rafael then co-founded Volt-Air Technologies in 2017.

In 2017, they also worked as a Team Member/Financial Analyst at the Student Managed Investment Fund and as a Data Analyst in the Federal Reserve Challenge.

Rafael later became a VFA Fellow at Venture For America, receiving training on leadership and tech sales while implementing their skills at partner company ReturnLogic.

Rafael then worked at ReturnLogic as a Sales Development Representative, creating account-based email sequences and enrolling leads to increase outbound qualification calls. Rafael quickly advanced to Account Executive, managing the full SaaS sales cycle and achieving top-ranking status.

Afterwards, Rafael joined View, Inc. as an Account Executive, responsible for transforming buildings to improve human health and address climate change.

Currently, they hold the role of Sales Director at CaseGlide, the industry's leading claims litigation management solution. Rafael oversees the integrated software platform, driving efficiency, delivering insight, and reducing costs for claims departments and defense counsel. CaseGlide's software significantly improves visibility into critical claims data, enabling claims leaders to make informed decisions.

Rafael Ziotto completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from SUNY Geneseo from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended the High School of American Studies at Lehman College from 2010 to 2014, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the HubSpot Sales Software Certified from HubSpot in August 2020, the Series 7 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in September 2018, the License Real Estate Agent from the New York State Division of Licensing Services in July 2015, and the Life, Accident, and Health License from the New York State Department of Financial Services in June 2018.
