Meghan Weeden

Meghan Weeden is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Casella Waste Systems, Inc. since March 2023, Meghan previously held the role of Sales Consultant at LayerEight and Marketing Specialist at United Way of the Adirondack Region, Inc. Meghan also contributed significantly to the Adirondack Young Professionals, Inc. (ADKYP) as President, Events Coordinator, and Treasurer from January 2018 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes positions as Territory Manager at Casella Waste Systems, Event Coordinator at Valcour Brewing Company, and Marketing Intern at PrimeLink, Inc. Meghan holds a Certificate in Women in Leadership from the University of Notre Dame and a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management with a focus on Meeting and Event Planning from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
