Who we are looking for For our current, but also for our new customers, we are looking for a professional who can translate customer needs into appropriate advice and/or Caseware solutions.
How you pack us Finding out customer questions, and seeing requirements and needs is no problem for you and you know how to communicate these well to the internal organization. You prepare and maintain the correct documentation promptly. You see bottlenecks as possible points for improvement and act accordingly to internal and external stakeholders. You don't hesitate to provide training to your colleagues about our software. You inspire our sales colleagues to sell the products correctly to the customer. In addition, you enjoy staying informed of market and professional developments and you apply this to the work.
What you're going to do Your daily activities are both within the organization and outside with the customer. As a result, no day is the same. One day you are busy sharing knowledge with your colleagues about our software, the next day you recognize a bottleneck and turn it into a product and portfolio improvement.
