Gloria Chen

Gloria Chen is a UX Designer at Caseware since June 2022, where responsibilities include maintaining design systems, creating accessible components, leading design processes for user experience optimization, and advising product teams on accessibility practices. Prior to this role, Gloria served as a Digital Media Specialist at the University of Waterloo, focusing on digital campaign management and communications strategies, and as a Digital Design/Marketing Intern at Eaton, leading UX projects and website redesign initiatives. Gloria holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Waterloo, complemented by study abroad experience at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
