Michael Bonanni

Michael Bonanni is the Director of Customer Support at CaseWorthy, Inc. Michael previously worked at MediSked as a Technical Support Supervisor before it was acquired by CaseWorthy in 2023. Prior to that, Michael held various roles such as Operations Manager at The Arc of Monroe, Project Coordinator at the University of Rochester, and Residential & Day Habilitation Manager at Lifetime Assistance, Inc. Bonanni also has experience as a Laboratory Technician at Taconic Biosciences. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University at Albany and a Master of Education in Public Understanding of Science from the University at Buffalo.
