Jo Ann Lachance

Jo Ann Lachance has extensive experience in child welfare and family development, currently serving as a Family Developer at Casey Family Programs since August 2009. Prior to this role, Jo Ann was the Director of Foster Care and Adoption, Intake, and the Birth Parent Counseling Program at Aid to Adoption of Special Kids from May 2006 to February 2009. Jo Ann also held the position of Program Director at ResCare Homecare from March 2004 to April 2006, overseeing operations for an in-home, non-medical support service agency that served over 1,000 consumers. From December 1996 to March 2004, Jo Ann coordinated child welfare programs at Catholic Charities, focusing on foster home recruitment and community adoptions. Jo Ann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Marketing, and Psychology from New York University between 1976 and 1980.
