Benjamin Ivie is currently the General Counsel at Cash Factory USA. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate General Counsel at Selling Source, LLC from July 2011 to July 2016. Their legal and regulatory experience includes CAN-SPAM, COPPA, ECOA, EFTA, FACTA, FCRA, FDCPA, FTC Act, GLBA, MLA, NACHA, ROSCA, TCPA, ATSR, TILA, UDAAP, Dodd Frank, FTC Compliance, and CFPB Compliance. Benjamin also has experience with Data Privacy.

Before Selling Source, LLC, Benjamin Ivie worked as a Legal Intern at RevEngine, LLC from July 2010 to June 2011. Their experience there included FTC Compliance, Dodd Frank Act, CFPB, and Data Privacy.

From September 2017 to January 2020, Benjamin Ivie worked as the Director of Legal & Compliance at Forms Direct Inc. Their legal and regulatory experience includes CAN-SPAM, COPPA, ECOA, EFTA, FACTA, FCRA, FDCPA, FTC Act, GLBA, MLA, NACHA, ROSCA, TCPA, ATSR, TILA, UDAAP, Dodd Frank compliance FTC Compliance and CFPB Compliance. Benjamin also has experience with Data Privacy.

Benjamin Ivie began their career as an Attorney at Helm & Associates from October 2016 to September 2017. Prior to that they served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Lloyd D. George at the Federal District Court for the District of Nevada from June 2009 to August 2009.

Benjamin Ivie is a graduate of the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law where they earned their J.D. degree. Prior to attending law school, they graduated from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas with a B.M. degree cum laude.
