Paul Moran

Paul Moran has extensive experience in various senior HR roles. Paul is currently the Chief People Officer at Cash Processing Solutions, where they focus on driving business growth through people and developing talent. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Global HR at GOOCH & HOUSEGO PLC. Before that, they worked at Qualys as the HR Director for the EMEA region, leading the implementation of innovative HR activities and software solutions. Paul also served as the Group HR Director at Extra Energy, where they oversaw change management and transformation initiatives. Earlier in their career, Paul held director-level positions at HR Strategy and Solutions Limited, Imperial Brands, LG Electronics, Rockwell Automation, and Knowledge Motion. Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated a strong ability to drive organizational effectiveness, implement strategic HR solutions, and improve employee engagement.

Paul Moran has a Master of Science (MSc) in Strategic Leadership from the University of Bristol. Paul also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in HRM from Kingston University. In addition, they obtained an MBA from The Open University. Paul Moran further completed a Master of Arts - MA in Photography from Falmouth University.
