Cora van Den Hoven

Cora van den Hoven currently serves as the Manager of Customer Support & Consultancy at Visma Cash since December 2023 and is the Founder of Customsuc6, aimed at inspiring and assisting organizations in Customer Success Management. In 2023, Cora also worked as an interim Project Manager for Customer Care at Care Cosmetics, focusing on restructuring the sales and service teams to enhance collaboration and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes over five years as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Pimm® Solutions, where responsibilities spanned from onboarding to retention for major corporate clients, alongside developing business propositions and coaching junior staff. Cora’s career also includes multiple roles at ADP, where relationships with clients were built and maintained, and initial sales positions at Unilever. Cora holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration (Marketing Management) and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by Spanish language education in Barcelona.
