Scott Morgan has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Software Engineering Intern at Booz Allen Hamilton in 2015. Scott then worked as an Analyst and later as an Associate at QMS Capital Management LP from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, Scott joined Ridgeline as a Senior Product Engineer. Currently, they are the Co-founder and CTO of CashEx, a VC-funded Fintech startup focused on digital banking for African communities. CashEx was the winner of the 2022 Harvard Business School New Venture Competition.

Scott Morgan has a strong education background, having pursued multiple degrees and certifications. Scott obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Rice University from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Decision Sciences and Mathematics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2011 to 2015. More recently, they are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the MIT Sloan School of Management, with an expected completion in 2023. In addition to their degrees, Scott Morgan has also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute in August 2021.
