Lorenzo Mazzo

Lorenzo Mazzo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2016, they gained experience as a Maintenance Engineer Intern at ASK Chemicals, followed by a Product Management Internship at Honeywell Safety & Productivity Solutions, where they focused on market analysis, portfolio management, and new product development.

In 2018, Lorenzo joined Serasa Experian as a Product Trainee, where they gained exposure to credit reports, data analytics, and automation software. Lorenzo later served as a Product Manager at Experian Bulgaria, leading the development of a SaaS solution and reporting project updates to executive leadership.

Returning to Serasa Experian in 2019, Lorenzo held the roles of Product Manager and Group Product Manager. In these positions, they managed credit decision solutions, transformed the business to deliver new SaaS cloud-based products, and led a team of product managers.

In 2021, Lorenzo advanced their career at Nubank, the biggest neobank in the world, as a Group Product Manager. Lorenzo focused on driving the future of lending and overseeing the underwriting group within the lending business unit.

Lorenzo's most recent experience includes being a Mentor at Awari, a career development platform, and a Product Advisor at RestartUs. At RestartUs, they played a role in shaping an online platform that offers employment, education, and supportive tools for reentry workers and their families.

Currently, Lorenzo works at Cashrewards as a Senior Product Manager, utilizing their expertise and experience to contribute to the company's product development.

Lorenzo Mazzo completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 2011 to 2017. During their education, they also participated in a Study Abroad Program at UNSW in 2013, where they completed the University English Entry Course. In 2017, Lorenzo took an Open Course in Business at the Business Training Company. Additionally, Lorenzo obtained several certifications, including Digital Product Leadership from Tera in October 2021, Charter Member from Toastmasters International in September 2017, Conferência NaPratica from Fundação Estudar in August 2017, Autoconhecimento NaPratica from Fundação Estudar in May 2017, and Liderança 16 horas from Fundação Estudar in February 2017.
