Matthew Gibson

Matthew Gibson has a diverse background in software development and mentoring. Matthew most recently worked at Casper Labs as a Software Engineer starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they were a Frontend Developer at Tugboat Logic by OneTrust from February 2022 to January 2023. Additionally, Matthew gained experience as a Web Development Mentor at Lighthouse Labs from October 2021 to March 2022 and as a Software Developer at Launchcode from November 2020 to January 2022. Earlier in their career, they served as a Project Lead at FluroTech from October 2019 to May 2020 and as a Research and Development Scientist from November 2017 to September 2019.

Matthew Gibson earned a High School Diploma from West Island College Calgary in the years 2004 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Concordia University from the years 2010 to 2015. Matthew furthered their education by completing a Master of Science degree in Analytical Chemistry at the University of Calgary from 2015 to 2017. More recently, in 2020, Matthew acquired a Diploma in Full Stack Web Development from Lighthouse Labs.
