Matt Horine

Matt Horine has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Matt currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at CASPR Technologies, where they oversee the day-to-day operations across various departments. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Engagement at IntelliCentrics, where they were responsible for engagement strategies and subscriber/location growth.

Matt also has experience working at Veryable, where they held multiple roles including Director of Enterprise Channel, General Manager, and Director of Operations. In these roles, they led market teams, drove market performance and growth, and implemented successful labor programs.

Before that, they worked as an Operations Manager at PetroCloud (now Twenty20 Solutions), where they managed various aspects of operations including purchasing, inventory control, and supply chain. Matt also worked at Victaulic as a Territory Sales Manager, where they focused on growing a new business initiative in the commercial construction industry.

Matt's work experience started with a role as an Infantry Officer in the US Army, where they served for four years.

Matt Horine holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Matt also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, they obtained a Forklift Certification from Forklift Academy, Inc in January 2024.
