Amanda George is an experienced Implementation Specialist at Cass since December 2019, managing client implementations across various industries and enhancing customer satisfaction. Previously, Amanda was a Content Developer, creating custom chatbot content for diverse clients. Amanda has a background in web development, with freelance consulting from September 2015 to June 2020, and roles at notable organizations such as the Archdiocese of San Francisco as Coordinator of Youth & Young Adult Ministry, and Sling Media as a Front-End Web Developer. Amanda's technical expertise was further developed at Genentech and ARX Networks, focusing on technical support and client relations. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University and a Web Development Immersive program from General Assembly.
