Nancy Spangler

Nancy Spangler, PhD, is a seasoned leadership coach currently serving at the University of Kansas Medical Center. As President of Spangler Associates Inc. since 1994, Nancy has supported diverse organizations in addressing health issues and enhancing well-being through various systems. Nancy's expertise extends to roles such as Senior Consultant at Mindful Momentum, focusing on resilience-building in workplaces, and contributing to workplace mental health initiatives with the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Nancy serves as a Senior Advisor at Greenleaf Integrative and an Adjunct Professor at Rockhurst University, teaching health promotion and behavior change. Previous experiences include consulting for the American Psychiatric Association and meQuilibrium, and early career work as a Health Promotion Specialist at Saint Luke's Health System. Nancy holds a PhD in Therapeutic Science from the University of Kansas Medical Center and multiple degrees in Occupational Therapy.
