Emily Williams has over a decade of experience in client management and recovery roles, currently serving as a Client Account Manager at Cass Information Systems since July 2011. In this position, Emily manages and recovers credits for billing errors identified through audits, demonstrating a strong understanding of contracts and negotiation skills to resolve overbilling issues efficiently. Prior to this role, Emily worked as a Research & Recovery Representative and an Audit Representative, alongside serving as a Client Support Representative in the Waste Expense Management Group. Earlier experience includes a position as a Hostess and Carside Carryout at Carrabba's Italian Grill from August 2001 to June 2012. Emily holds a massage therapy degree from the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular & Massage Therapy, completed in 2005.
