Flora Migazzi possesses extensive experience in training and project management, currently serving in the Ufficio formazione at Gruppo Cassa Centrale since June 2022, focusing on People and Corporate Culture. Prior to this role, Flora worked at Seac Cefor Srl as a training officer, where responsibilities included the management and organization of training courses, project design, and reporting. Flora's background also includes a position as a project manager intern at Mandacarù onlus, where Flora contributed to educational interventions and international cooperation projects. Additionally, Flora gained practical experience through an internship at Redesign, focused on research for a thesis within an international development project. Flora holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and an Honours Programme from the Università degli studi di Trento, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Communication Interfaces and Technologies, complemented by a high school diploma in Social Sciences.
