David comes with 20 years of experience in the fixed and mobile telecommunications industry across Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa.

David was also the Chief Strategy Officer for Liquid Intelligent Technologies from 2013, where he played a central role in the transformation of Liquid Telecom into the most successful African wholesale operator.
