John Pettersen, Jr. has a solid work experience in the payroll and client services industry. John started their career at Cast & Crew in 2003 as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Payroll Operations, a role they held for over 10 years. In 2014, they were promoted to Manager of Payroll Operations at the same company before joining their UK subsidiary as a Manager of Payroll Operations in 2015. John then returned to the US in 2016 and took on the role of Manager of Product Support before being promoted to Director of Payroll Product Support in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Client Services at Cast & Crew since November 2019. John also pursued their education at California State University, Northridge from 2006 to 2010, where they completed their undergraduate degree.
